At Gear 4 U, we aim for a seamless shopping experience with reliable shipping and straightforward returns. This policy applies to all orders placed on gear4u.com.au.

Shipping Information

  • Australia-Wide Delivery: We ship to all addresses in Australia via trusted carriers like Australia Post and couriers.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-4 business days.
  • Delivery Times: Standard shipping: 3-14 business days; Express: 1-7 business days
    depending on location. (Estimates only; rural areas may take longer).
  • Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and method. Free shipping on orders over $100 AUD.
  • Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once shipped.
  • International Shipping: Currently unavailable; Australia only.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. Title and risk pass to you upon shipment.

Returns & Refunds

  • Return Window: 30 days from receipt for unused, original-condition items.
  • Process: Contact sales@gear4u.com.au for a return authorisation. Include order number and reason.
  • Refunds: Processed to original payment method within 7 days of receipt. Original shipping costs are non-refundable; return shipping is your responsibility unless faulty.
  • Exchanges: For size/color changes, return the original and place a new order.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalised or hygiene products (e.g., certain PPE).

Faulty items are eligible for full refund or replacement. We comply with Australian Consumer Law.
